In the year 1999, the Dragons of Heaven and Earth will gather in Tokyo for the final battle for humanity's future. The Earth's future is placed into the hands of a youth named 'Kamui' whom will make a preordained choice, to become a Dragon of Earth and preserve the planet by ending human life or become a Dragon of Heaven and protect humanity from ruin.
The fate of the world is in the hands of a teenage boy named Kamui. He must chose to be on either the dragons of Heaven, a group which wishes to preserve mankind, or the dragons of Earth, the side that wishes to destroy it. The end of the world is near, and he can't escape his destiny.
It's the year of destiny and 15 year old Kamui Shiro, a powerful psychic, has returned to Toyko after a 6 year absence. He returns to protect his childhood friends, Fuuma, and Fuuma's younger sister Kotori. But destiny and fate are haunting Kamui and pulling in himself and his loved ones. It is his destiny to decide the fate of the world and mankind, no matter if he wants the role or not.
